Who we are

Conesa Automation is an internal tool operated by Conesa Legal S.L.P.U. (Avenida Diagonal 467, 6-1, 08036 Barcelona, Spain) to help our content team manage SEO and content production. It is not a public service.

What data we access

Through your authorization, this application accesses:

• Google Search Console data for properties you own: search queries, impressions, clicks, click-through rates, average positions. No personal data.
• Google Analytics 4 data for properties you own: aggregated session counts, page views, engagement metrics, by page path. No user identifiers, no PII.

We never read your email, contacts, files, or any other Google data.

How we use this data

The data is used exclusively to:

1. Inform content production decisions (which pages to create, optimize, refresh).
2. Detect SEO opportunities (low CTR, page-2 trap, brand cannibalization).
3. Track the impact of content changes over time.

We do not sell, share, transfer, or otherwise disclose this data to third parties. We do not use it for advertising.

How we store the data

Data is stored in a private Git repository hosted on GitHub, accessible only to Conesa Legal employees. Daily snapshots are kept for 90 days, then deleted. The OAuth refresh token is stored as an encrypted GitHub Actions secret and is never exposed in logs or to third parties.

Your control

You can revoke this application's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Once revoked, we lose all ability to read your data. Existing local snapshots can be removed on request.
